"I needed a chain for my motorcycle after it broke (first time ever) just less than two miles from finishing a ride, called the store just 1 hour before closing on a Sunday. I told them what my bike was and they looked up for me the chain I needed; informed me my bike calls for a 100 links!

They had three options in stock and allowed me to purchase it over the phone. I wasn't going to make it before they closed, however they permitted me to pick it up after they closed; Thank you Jesus, I am so Thankful!"

"I went in to get chain lube and none of the employees were wearing masks. This is after the state of California mandated everyone wear them. Then 3 of the five customers in the store weren’t wearing masks. Lastly I called the day prior to ask for a particular line and was assured they had lots. Upon arrival they had none. "
